Terms of service
Last updated: September 2026. This is a starting template and should be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
1. The service
EntryWharf ("the service"), run by GwopServices, reads shipping documents with AI and fills in customs declaration forms in your web browser. It is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any customs authority or government body.
2. You are responsible for your declarations
The service helps you prepare a declaration, but you check it and you submit it. AI can misread documents, and suggested tariff (HS) codes are suggestions only. You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you declare to Customs, including values, classifications and duties. We are not liable for penalties, delays, duties or other losses resulting from a declaration.
3. Plans and billing
- Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Each document read counts as one declaration. Unused declarations do not roll over.
- If extra declarations are turned on, each one above your plan's limit is charged at the published rate on your next invoice.
- You can cancel any time from Billing & invoices. Access continues until the end of the paid period. We don't give refunds for partial months.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.
4. Acceptable use
Don't share logins outside the users your plan includes, resell the service, try to get around usage limits, or upload documents you don't have the right to process.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the service running, but we don't guarantee it will always be available. Customs websites change from time to time. EntryWharf watches for this and updates itself, but some fields may not fill until a change is handled.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
7. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Virgin Islands (British).
