Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email, business name and a securely hashed password.
• Usage records: when a declaration was read, who read it, the bill of lading number and page count. We use these for billing and to show your history.
• Billing: payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Your shipping documents

Photos and PDFs you upload are sent over an encrypted connection to our server, which passes them to Anthropic's Claude AI to read the text, then returns the results to your browser. We do not store your documents or the extracted details on our servers. The extracted details are kept only in your own browser, under "Past entries", and you can clear them there. Anthropic processes the documents under its commercial terms and does not use them to train its models.

The browser extension

The extension only works on sites you allow, such as your customs website. It types values into the form you have open and reads field labels so it can match them. It does not read or send your customs login, and it does not track your browsing.

Form health reports

To keep working when customs websites change, the extension reports which of its linked fields it found on the page. It also sends the page's field labels and names. It never sends what you typed or your document details.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. We share only what's needed with the services that run EntryWharf: Stripe (payments), Anthropic (document reading) and Railway (hosting).

Deleting your data

Email us and we'll delete your account and usage records, except records we must keep for tax purposes.
